Management Software Enterprises Fighting in the High-end ERP Market 管理软件厂商狠拼ERP高端市场 |
| Synopsis: |
SAP launched SAP TechEd 2009 in Shanghai International Convention Center on Nov. 11 and took the chance to launch new product for the high-end domestic market. Not come singly but in pairs, Kingdee hosted 2009 China Enterprise Management Summit Forum in the same building where SAP launched its annual technology conference and officially announced its new generation ERP management software EAS 7, intending to further increase its share in the domestic high-end management software market. In a recent interview, SAP China Zhang Xia said SAP has not feel more essential competition pressure from the domestic rivals. And facing a barrage of deployments of domestic management software enterprises, SAP is immovable. Obviously, SAP's high profile in the domestic management software market benefits from its innate advantage in the high and medium-end management software market. Since it came to China in 1994, SAP has successfully signed orders from at least 2000 enterprises. Despite the increasingly fierce competition with rivals, SAP senior executives are still very satisfied with SAP's performance in China. However, with their advantage of localization, Chinese management software enterprises including UFIDA and Kingdee are trying to enter the high-end ERP market via various means. |
